Bra Size & Fit Guide

Bra Size & Fit Guide

Use your measurements and the size of a well-fitting bra as starting points. A supplier-specific body-measurement chart has not been verified for these products, so the labels below are not guaranteed inch measurements.

Measure your band and bust

  1. Use a flexible tape, keeping it level around your body. Measure in a non-padded bra, or without a bra if comfortable.
  2. Measure snugly just below your bust, breathing normally. Record this underbust measurement without adding inches.
  3. Measure around the fullest part of your bust without compressing it. Record both measurements in inches or centimetres (1 inch = 2.54 cm).
  4. Repeat the measurements. Keep both numbers ready when asking for size advice.

Map to our size labels

Italian Classic Bra: labels combine a number and cup letter, such as 34/B. The listed range is 32/B through 42/D. Choose the number and cup matching a well-fitting bra in a comparable sizing system; check the product selector for the available combination.

Italian Cotton Cross Bra: labels are 32, 34, 36, 38, 40 and 42, without a selectable cup letter. A label such as 34 does not establish which cup volumes it fits. Do not assume it suits every cup size.

There is no verified measurement-to-label chart for either product. Do not automatically add four inches to your underbust measurement, or assume your measured underbust equals the label. If you have no reliable reference size, ask us to confirm the supplier's size chart using your underbust, bust and current bra size before ordering.

Pakistani and international sizing

Bras sold in Pakistan can use different imported or local sizing conventions. UK, US and EU labels are not universally interchangeable, and the word “Italian” in a product name does not confirm an EU sizing system. EU band numbers differ from UK/US numbers; cup sequences also differ between systems, particularly beyond D. Compare the brand's own chart rather than converting from the number alone.

Choosing a cup

Cup volume depends on both band number and cup letter: a 34/B and a 38/B are not the same volume. Generic bust-minus-band calculations are only starting estimates within a specified sizing system, not a verified chart for these bras.

If the band fits but tissue spills over the cup, a larger cup may help. If cups gape, first check that the bust is fully settled into the cups and that the straps are comfortable; cup size or shape may need changing. For the Cotton Cross Bra, confirm cup suitability before ordering because the selector does not specify a cup.

Padding, underwire and straps

Padding and underwire or wireless status have not been verified for either product. Do not assume either is padded, unpadded, push-up or wireless. Confirm these details before ordering if they matter to you.

The Cotton Cross Bra description states adjustable straps. Its product name alone does not confirm a cross-back strap configuration. Adjustable straps have not been verified here for the Classic Bra.

Where strap adjusters are present, make small adjustments on each side so straps sit comfortably without digging in or slipping. Do not overtighten straps to compensate for a loose band. Do not cross or detach straps unless the product is designed for it.

Quick fit check

The band should feel secure and stay level without painful pressure. Cups should contain the bust without cutting in or leaving pronounced gaps. Move your arms and sit down to check comfort. If hooks are present, starting on the loosest comfortable hook leaves room to tighten as the band wears. Remeasure after body changes.
